Great news - For this year's Giant Fairtrade Banana Split (Friday 8th March), we will have a very special guest : Sandra Joseph; a Fairtrade Banana Farmer from St Lucia!

hi,  bydd gennym ymwelydd pwysig iawn ar gyfer ein Banana Sblit Enfawr ar Gwener 8 Mawrth pan fydd Sandra Joseph, ffermwr Bananas Masnach deg o St Lucia yn ymuno a ni.

FAIRTRADE FORTNIGHT 2013

Exciting news is that we will be hosting a Fairtrade Banana Farmer from St Lucia during Fairtrade Fortnight. We don't yet know when though, so it seems sensible to put off a meeting until we have definite dates.

We will be going ahead with the usual Giant Fairtrade Banana Split in College Street arcade on Friday 8th March. But if the farmer is with us at a different time, it would be good to organise another community based event to coincide with the visit.

Dates for the visit will be confirmed next week, so we will now be having a meeting on Thursday 7th February at 7.30pm at i-smooth community cafe in College Street.
