Exciting news is that we will be hosting a Fairtrade Banana Farmer
from St Lucia during Fairtrade Fortnight. We don't yet know when though, so
it seems sensible to put off a meeting until we have definite dates.
We will be going ahead with the usual Giant Fairtrade Banana Split in
College Street arcade on Friday 8th March. But if the farmer is with us at a
different time, it would be good to organise another community based event to
coincide with the visit.
Dates for the visit will be confirmed next week, so we will now be
having a meeting on Thursday 7th February at 7.30pm at i-smooth community
cafe in College Street.
